i currently do have a "pre-commissioning" letter from my institution (from the deanery of the faculty), stating that i will be paid during the stay, but there is written on the text, as a condition, my getting a particular scholarship. actually my coming to netherlands is not dependent on this scholarship. i will be coming anyway.
now, i may translate and send this current "pre-commissioning" text to you. or i may start the procedures and get my final commissioning from the rectorate, but it will take some time, may be several weeks or so. so i would like to ask you to guide me on this issue.

Unfortunately we can not start with the MVV procedure without that document. The Immigration Services really need that document to make e decision about your MVV.
Maybe there is another possibility.
If you have enough money by yourself, and you can provide me a document/statement from your bank account which shows you have enough money by yourself, than there will be no problem. They money must be withdrawal.
We also can use the statement as a proof of income.

getting my bank account to be swollen would have been faster for sure. still, i believe that i am in the last few days of my official commissioning procedure (but this has been the case all through this last month). yet, depending on a recent conversation with a clerk (sounds "kafkaesque" i know, and this is truly the way how here is: "the castle") i can finally, happily, announce you that i will be sending this document -and a translation- during next week. i hope this wouldn't be too late. i am really thankful for your concern,
